Sohar to Host the West Asian Club Volleyball Championship

Volleyball fans will be excited to know that Sohar will host the second edition West Asian Club Volleyball Championship from Feb.1 to Feb. 12.
Eleven clubs from eight Arab countries will participate in the championship.
The matches for the tournament will take place in the main hall of the Sports Complex in Sohar, while the participating teams will train for the tournament in the Majis Club Hall and the Al Salam Club Hall.
The following clubs will participate in the tournament:
- Al Rayyan (Qatar)
- Al Ibtisam (Saudi Arabia)
- Al Seeb (Oman)
- Baniyas (UAE)
- Al Qadisiyeh (Kuwait)
- Khaibel Al Mahra (Yemen)
- Al Arabi (Qatar)
- Shabab Al Hussein (Jordan)
- Al Ahly (Bahrain)
- Al Kuwait (Kuwait)
- Sohar Club (Oman)
Sohar Club is hosting the championship in collaboration with the Oman Volleyball Federation.
