Egg Stuffed Baguette Recipe

2 small baguettes
4 large eggs
3 tablespoons heavy cream/buttermilk
3 ounces cooked spicy sausage - cut into 1 cm cubes
2 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 small onion - sliced
½ small green pepper - diced
Salt and black pepper to taste
¼ cup cheddar/mozzarella - for topping

    Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cut off the top of each baguette and hollow out the insides, creating a hollow space for the filling.
