Mango Sago

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup small sago pearls (tapioca pearls)
1 can (400ml) coconut milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
Ice cubes (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
