125g fresh turmeric
20g fresh ginger
4 cups coconut water
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons honey

  1. Blend the ingredients

    Slice the turmeric and ginger, then add them with the coconut water into a blender. Blend on high speed until it's a smooth mixture.
  2. Boil the mixture

    Pour the mixture into a pot and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add lemon juice and honey
