Keema Samosa

250 grams of ground meat
1 cup finely chopped onion
¾ cup green onion
¼ cup green coriander
2 tablespoon mint leaves
1 teaspoon chat masala
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2-3 tablespoons green chilies
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
½ tablespoon grounded coriander
½ tablespoon cumin
½ tablespoon red chili powder
½ teaspoon Garam Masala powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
¾ teaspoon salt
12 to 14 samosa sheets
2 tablespoons wheat flour + water (to make a paste)
Oil for frying

  1. Cook the minced meat

    In a pan, cook minced meat, onions, and green chilies for 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat, and immediately mix all the spices, green coriander, mint leaves, lemon juice, and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Fill the samosa

    Fill and fold the samosa wrappers with the mixture and seal the ends with wheat flour and water paste.
  3. Fry the samosa

    Deep fry the samosas in small batches on medium heat until golden brown. Remove to a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  4. Serve

    Serve the samosa while hot.
