Omani citizens will be able to travel to Azerbaijan without a visa for one year beginning February 15, 2026, according to an announcement by Oman’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Under the temporary visa exemption, which remains in effect until February 15, 2027, Omani nationals can enter Azerbaijan visa-free and stay for up to 30 days per visit. The arrangement permits a maximum of three visits within the one-year period.

The Oman Ministry of Foreign Affairs advised travelers to ensure their passports are valid for at least six months from the date of entry. Visitors must also obtain health insurance covering the full duration of their stay.

Officials said the visa-free policy is expected to encourage tourism, simplify travel procedures, and support stronger bilateral ties between Oman and Azerbaijan.
