6 ripe saba bananas or plantain - ripe and mashed
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg - beaten
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cups cooking oil
3/4 cup granulated white sugar

    In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and 1/2 cup sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add liquid ingredients

    Gradually add the mashed bananas, egg, vanilla extract, and milk to the mixture while mixing to incorporate all the ingredients.
  3. Fry the banana fritters

    Heat the oil in a pan, scoop about 1/2 cup of the mixture, and pour it in the hot oil until the color turns golden brown. Repeat until you finish the batter.
  4. Serve
