Falooda Ingredients
1 3/4 cups of milk
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp sabja seeds
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp rose syrup
1/2 vermicelli
3 tbsp jelly
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
3 tbsp chopped nuts
  • Method & Directions

  1. Soak Sabja Seeds

    Wash sabja seeds in a strainer and then soak them in water either in a jug or bowl.
  2. Mix Milk with Sugar

    Mix milk with sugar properly and set aside.
  3. Prepare Vermicelli

    Boil Vermicelli in 2 cups of water until soft. Strain and leave to cool.
  4. Make Falooda

    Set big serving glasses. Add jelly to both glasses. Then add sabja seeds, vermicelli, and rose syrup. Pour sweetened milk into both glasses and add more jelly. Add scoops of ice cream to both glasses.
  5. Garnish and Serve

    Garnish falooda with nuts and serve immediately.
