Milkshake Ingredients

2 cups milk
5 dates
1 mango
1/2 tbsp sabja seeds
Mixed dried fruit

  1. Soak Sabja Seeds

    Soak sabja seeds in water and set aside.
  2. Make Paste of Dates

    Remove seeds from dates and add them to the blender. Add some water and blend until a thick paste is formed.
  3. Make Mango Paste

    Peel and dice the mango and put it in the blender. Blend until puree is formed.
  4. Make the Milkshake

    Set two serving glasses. Add dates paste, mango puree, sabja seeds and mixed dry fruit to the milk and stir until everything is properly blended.
  5. Garnish and Serve
