The Cast of 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' Reunite After 10 Years

Ayan Mukherji's box-office hit 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' celebrated 10 years on Wednesday, May 31st and the cast and crew celebrated with an intimate get-together.

The reunion saw the lead actors Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Aditya Roy Kapoor, and Kalki Koechlin reuniting and taking various group selfies together.

The film's director Ayan Mukherji,  producer Karan Johar, and costume designer Manish Malhotra were also in attendance along with the rest of the film's team. 

Mukherji shared an Instagram post on Wednesday, where he wrote a heartfelt caption about creating this fun-filled film. He wrote "YJHD - My second child, a piece of my heart and soul - 10 years old today!"

He also said "Making this movie was one of the greatest joys of my life! and what we achieved with it - with all its perfections and imperfections - is a source of great eternal pride for me!"

Padukone also shared a clip from Dharma Productions on her Instagram story and wrote "A piece of my heart", which conveyed her love for this wonderful film. 

'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" is a romantic comedy film that revolves around four friends who come together for a trekking trip, but drift apart after the trip, only to reunite years later at a friend's wedding. 

The film is very popular amongst the younger generation and is one of the highest-grossing Indian films of all time.
