Oman Meteorology has forecasted that Musandam and North Al Batinah governorates are likely to witness thunderstorms for two days starting Monday, November 20th, 2023.
The thunderstorms may be accompanied by active downward winds in the two governorates, with chances of cumulonimbus cloud activity over the Al Hajar Mountains.
"There are chances of thunderstorms of varying intensity, accompanied by active downward winds in the Musandam and North Al Batinah Governorates on Monday and Tuesday (November 20 and 21, 2023), with chances of cumulonimbus cloud activity over the Al Hajar Mountains," the statement read.
