Due to downdraft wind, Oman is forecasted to witness cloud development and isolated thundershowers in Al Hajar Mountains and adjoining areas today, April 15th.

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), however, said that the weather will be clear skies over most of the governorates.

The authority added that there is also a chance of low-level clouds or fog patches Saturday night or early morning over parts of South Al Sharqiyah, Dhofar, and Al Wusta Governorates.

Moreover, the CAA said that dust rising is likely to happen over the desert and open areas due to strong winds over Al Buraimi, Dhahira, and Al Wusta governorates.
