Emirates is holding its first-ever walk-in recruitment day in Oman as it searches for new cabin crew to join its expanding global team. The open day will take place on May 17 at Radisson Blu Hotel, Al Kuleiah Street in Muscat.

Candidates should arrive by 9am, bring a digital copy of their CV in English, and are encouraged to pre-register on the Emirates careers website.

Selected applicants will train in Dubai

Those who pass the interview will undergo 7.5 weeks of intensive training at the airline’s top-notch facility in Dubai. The training covers:

  • Safety and emergency procedures

  • First aid and medical training

  • Aviation security

  • Grooming and wellness

  • Customer service and inflight hospitality

The program aims to prepare new recruits with the skills needed to deliver the award-winning Emirates onboard experience.

High pay, free housing, and global perks

  • Basic salary: AED 4,430/month (tax-free)

  • Flying pay: AED 63.75/hour

  • Average total pay: Around AED 10,170/month
