His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued a special message in the lead-up to Emirati Women’s Day.
In a video message, he posted on Twitter, he said women are “the soul and spirit of the country.” “Around 70% of the UAE’s graduates are women.. And at my office 85% of employees are female,” Sheikh Mohammed added.
