Oman Air is expanding its regional network with a new Muscat–Taif route, kicking off on January 31, 2026. This marks the airline’s fifth destination in Saudi Arabia, joining Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, and Madinah.

Flight Details

The Taif service will operate three times a week — Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays — on a Boeing 737. Passengers can expect Oman Air’s signature service along with convenient flight timings.

Strategic Expansion

Con Korfiatis, Oman Air CEO, said the new route strengthens economic and cultural ties between Oman and Saudi Arabia. “Expanding into Taif allows us to serve our guests with more choice and convenience while boosting regional connectivity,” he added.

Enhancing Gulf Connectivity

Adding Taif supports Oman Air’s mission to enhance intra-Gulf travel, promoting economic and social links across the region while giving travelers more options for business and leisure trips.
