The Saudi national team player, Yasser Al-Shahrani, reassured the fans after he was injured in the Saudi Arabia match against Argentina on Tuesday, which ended with the Saudi national team winning 2-1.
Al-Shahrani said, through a clip, he posted on Twitter: "I would like to assure you that I am fine, congratulations on winning, and I am asking you to pray for me."

On the other hand, the national team revealed a new development regarding the condition of its player, Yasser Al-Shahrani, after he suffered a severe injury in the match against Argentina, which was held at “Lusail” stadium in the framework of Group C matches in the Qatar 2022 World Cup.
The statement indicated that the player, Al-Shahrani, was transferred to Hamad Medical City as a result of a strong clash in the head, chest, and abdomen, where his condition was stable.
He indicated that all necessary medical examinations had been conducted and he would be under observation during the coming hours.
