The Gulf German Film Festival is Starting Today in Muscat!

The fourth edition of the Gulf German Film Festival has returned to Oman! The film festival will take place from Feb. 28 to Feb. 29 at the Palm Garden of the Intercontinental Hotel in Muscat.

The festival will feature three German-language films. The festival will be launched at 5:45 p.m. (local time).

After the opening ceremony, the first film screening will take place at 6:30 p.m., which will feature the film 'Die Goldenen Jahre'.

This film is a Swiss comedy-drama about a couple who celebrate their retirement on a cruise ship through the Mediterranean.

The second film will be screened on Feb. 29, at 6:00 p.m. and it is called 'Ökozid'. This film is a German TV legal thriller about two lawyers' fight for justice regarding the negative consequences of climate change. 

The third film 'Tonsüchtig' will be screened on the same evening at 8:15 p.m. and will conclude the film festival. 

This film Austrian documentary about the Vienna Symphony orchestra, which will end the film festival on a magical note!
