We are approaching the end of Ramadan 2022, and there's been no shortage of events for families and children so far. So far, the Holy Month has been a whirlwind of religious and cultural festivities. Apart from several hotels reopening their famed Ramadan tents, shopping has become a favorite activity.

Most malls and shops are now open until later in the day due to the modified work hours and timetables based on the Ramadan daily calendar. Ramadan's bazaars and night markets have sprung up throughout the city to provide shoppers with the ideal Ramadan shopping experience.

  • Fereej Bazaar

The Fereej Bazaar by Al Maraya Exhibition offers the newest in ethnic fashion, home goods, carpets, toys, and accessories. Nearly 150 enterprises and designers have set up shop here, ensuring that a visit is well worth your time.

  • Katara's Family Bazaar

Qatar's Ramadan Bazaars and Night Marketplaces

Qatar Marketeers' Family Bazaar, which is being held at Katara, promises to be the world's largest shopping tent. Various home items, perfumes, traditional clothes, abayas, and culinary items from Iran, Qatar, Kuwait, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Morocco, China, and Yemen are available.

  • Katara's Mahaseel Souq

Qatar's Ramadan Bazaars and Night Marketplaces

The Mahaseel festival, organized by the Ministry of Municipality and Katara Cultural Village Foundation, highlights some of Qatar's top agricultural and gastronomic products. Nearly 39 businesses and 25 local farms have set up shop during the fair to sell their wares. Make a point of stopping by if you're seeking fresh local veggies, meat, poultry, farm-fresh honey, eggs, and dates. You can also visit the various plant nurseries and purchase your favorite plants. All the products are reasonably priced and are fresh from the farm!

  • Qanat Quartier, The Pearl's Ramadan Market

Qatar's Ramadan Bazaars and Night Marketplaces

Bedaya Exhibitions' Ramadan Market at Qanat Quartier is another night market worth visiting if you're in the region. Designer boutique clothes, trendy jewelry, ceramics, fragrances, Oudh, and a variety of other items are available for purchase at the market.

  • Msheireb Downtown's Ramadan Corner

Qatar's Ramadan Bazaars and Night Marketplaces

Msheireb Properties has launched another initiative, the Ramadan Corner, to celebrate the Holy Month. The night market, which lines the downtown area with many food stalls and local products, may be a delightful, casual outing with family and kids.

  • EC Marketplace

The EC Marketplace is held at Oxygen Park as part of the Qatar Foundation's Ramadan Cultural Nights program. There are a few vendors here who display and sell their handcrafted items.
