His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik hosted a dinner at Al Barakah Palace on Monday evening, Dec. 11, for the Sultan Armed Forces (SAF) Day.
Some royal family members, ministers, commanders of the SAF, and senior military and civil officers attended the dinner on Monday.
Pictures of the event show that the dinner was hosted in the garden of the palace with very lavish arrangements for the event.

Sultan's Armed Forces Day
The event celebrates all military formations and units of the Armed Forces in the Sultanate.

With this celebration, His Majesty recognizes the dedication of the armed forces to maintain the security of the Sultanate.
The event also celebrates the armed forces to safeguard national achievements that advance Oman's prosperity.
