A multi-vehicle collision in Oman has left two people dead and several others injured, prompting authorities to issue a strong safety warning to motorists. The incident occurred under Dabad Bridge – Eastern on Sultan Thuwaini Road, according to the Royal Oman Police (ROP).

Police confirmed that the accident involved two trucks and five other vehicles, resulting in the deaths of two Asian individuals. Multiple others sustained varying injuries, with emergency teams responding swiftly to the scene.

Traffic Update

Authorities have diverted traffic along the affected stretch while investigation and clearance operations continue. The Royal Oman Police urged drivers to remain vigilant, reduce speed, and follow safety instructions when approaching the detour.

Motorists are advised to plan alternate routes until the road is fully reopened.
