Al Mouj Golf Launches Oman's First Corporate Golf League

Al Mouj Golf in Muscat, Oman, has revealed its first corporate tournament, the Oman Golf League. This new event is the first of its kind in Oman and aims to provide the local business community with a unique opportunity to network while enjoying the sport. Held over five months, the league kicks off on October 13, 2023, and takes place at Al Mouj's renowned Greg Norman Signature 18-hole championship course, known for its high global ranking.

Al Mouj Golf has a history of hosting professional tournaments. They previously held the European Challenge Tour's National Bank of Oman Golf Classic from 2013 to 2014, followed by the NBO Golf Classic Grand Final from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, the venue elevated its status by hosting the NBO Oman Open on the DP World Tour and later the Oman Open in 2019 and 2020. Most recently, in 2023, it hosted the Asian Tour's International Series.

The Oman Golf League is scheduled for five rounds on the following dates: October 13, 2023; November 17, 2023; December 15, 2023; January 12, 2024, and the Grand Final on February 9, 2024. Each round will adopt a team Stableford format and will commence with a shotgun start at 13:00.
