Oman's Ministry of Heritage and Tourism has completed four tourism projects in the Dhofar Governorate, with a total investment cost of more than OMR 3 million.

This step comes in partnership with the Dhofar Municipality and Omran Company.

The projects include the development of the waterfront of Al-Mughsail Beach, the Hamreer View Project, Wadi Darbat, and Ain Jerziz.

These projects work to enhance the Dhofar Governorate as a tourism destination and to form a tourist and economic tributary during tourism seasons.

Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Abri, Director General of the General Directorate of Heritage and Tourism in Dhofar Governorate, added that these projects are aiming to contribute to the development of the economy of the province.

Al Mughsail Beach is taking place on an area of 174,600 square meters at a cost of OMR 874,600. It includes places to practice marine sports, an adventure park and games for children.

Meanwhile, the Hamreer View project's investment cost is OMR 505,000. The project consists of a playground, parking spaces, food and beverage kiosks, restrooms, and seating areas.
