Jabal Al Akhdar Festival to Kick Off on August 3rd

Al Jabal Al Akhdar Festival, at Al Dakhiliyah Governorate will begin from Thursday, August 3^rd until Saturday August 19^th.

The major venue will be Hail al Yemen Park, with events also taking place at Saih Qatanah Park.

The festival aims to attract local and international tourists while also highlighting the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Al Jabal Al Akhdar and the Sultanate of Oman as a whole.

 It also encourages entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized business owners to participate in the festival and take advantage of tourism promotion opportunities.

Visitors can tour the Bait al Rudaydah Exhibition, which is located near the Bait al Rudaydah Fort in Birkat al Mouz, throughout the festival.

The festival also features an exhibition of productive families and small and medium enterprises.

The festival calendar includes a multitude of activities, events, and programmes suitable for the entire family.

Spectacular paragliding displays, theatrical performances (Aladdin Show), a Chemical Science show and more will entertain attendees.

Adventure sport enthusiasts will enjoy a range of competitions and events, including the Himam Taster Run race, the Omani Cycling Association's Jabal Akhdar Mountain Bike Race, and walking tours.
