Breaking: Karim Benzema Has Been Officially Signed by Al-Ittihad Club

The official account of Al-Ittihad Saudi Club has announced the signing of Karim Benzema on Social Media. It has been reported that the former France international's contract with the Saudi Club runs through 2026.

"Benzema is here, a new tiger will roar. Welcome to Ittihad," Al Ittihad Club posted on social media with a video welcoming him to the Saudi club.

In his 14 years at Madrid, Benzema, the reigning Ballon d'Or winner, won 25 major trophies. His World Cup participation in Qatar was cut short by injuries. He has played 33 games in La Liga and the Champions League and scored 23 goals, including one in his final match on Sunday against Athletic Bilbao. 
 

After Cristiano Ronaldo, the five-time world player of the year, transferred from Manchester United to Al Nassr after the 2022 World Cup, Benzema will join his former Real Madrid teammate in the Gulf kingdom.
