Oman Might Have A Nine-Day Eid al Fitr Holiday This Year

The first day of Eid Al Fitr may fall on April 22nd, according to a prediction made by the Head of the Observatory at the Oman Astronomical Society Abdulwahab al Busaidy.

This means that Oman's residents might enjoy a lengthy a nine-day holiday.

According to Al Busaidy, the calculations indicate that the moon will not be in sight on April 20th, therefore April 21st is very likely to be the last day of Ramadan.
