Spartan Salalah Race to Take Place on This Date

If you're looking for an adrenaline rush this weekend, then you can head to the second edition of the Spartan Salalah Race, which will take place from Sep. 15 to Sep. 16.

The 2023 edition is expected to be bigger and better than ever because it will include the Spartan Beast Race, which will be a difficult 21-kilometer course. Is anyone up for the challenge?

The race will also include its usual races, which are the Sprint (5 km) and the Super (10 km).

Parents wanting their kids to take part can bring them along to participate in the Kids Race, which will be held for children from four years old to fourteen years old. 

The Beast Race will begin at 6:30 a.m. on Friday, Sep. 15, while the other races, will begin at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sep. 16.

The routes for the race include various hills, trails, and wadis, so participants have been advised to stay well-hydrated and have their sunscreens on hand.

All participants who finish the race will receive a T-shirt and a medal.
