Oman to Hold a Tourism Roadshow in Kuwait on This Day

Oman's Ministry of Heritage and Tourism (MHT) is set to hold a roadshow in Kuwait today, October 1st, to spotlight Oman's rich heritage and diverse tourism offerings.

This comes in coincidence with the winter tourism season, which begins in October.

Haitham bin Mohammed al Ghassani, Director General of Promotion in MHT, highlighted that this roadshow will also be conducted in other Gulf nations, including Qatar, Bahrain, and the UAE.

The roadshows aim to attract both citizens and residents of various nationalities from the GCC countries, especially during the winter season.

The roadshows will also promote the diverse tourism experiences available across all governorates as well as highlight investment opportunities in historic tourist villages, beach adventure tourism, and more.

"The goal is to present Oman as an ideal locale for tourism and target groups in regional and international markets, with its vibrant range of offered activities and experiences," Ghassani said.

The events will witness the participation of 15 local companies such as travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, and destination management companies of Oman.
