Oman Warns the Public Against the Use of BlendJet 2

Since going viral on social media, portable smoothie mixers have become a beloved item for many individuals who want to make a healthy smoothie on the go!

However, Oman's Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion (MoCIIP) has found a problem with the internet's favorite product the BlendJet 2!

The ministry released a statement, warning against the use of the BlendJet 2 saying, "It poses a risk to consumer safety due to manufacturing defects and [it] does not comply with the Gulf technical regulations for low-voltage electrical devices."

The ministry has taken steps in collaboration with the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) to verify the hazards of the portable mixer produced by BlendJet and these steps include withdrawing the product from the market. 

For these reasons, the BledJet 2 Portable Mixer will not be available in Oman's market, nonetheless, consumers can check out portable mixers of other brands which are available in Oman.
