Oman’s Weather is Expected to Reach 50 Degrees

According to Oman Meteorology, it is expected that the Sultanate of Oman will witness very high temperatures starting from today, Thursday, June 22nd, 2023, and the upcoming two days.

Oman will experience hot weather specifically at noon ranging from mid-forties to early fifties degrees Celsius in the desert and open areas.

The General Directorate of Meteorology urged people in Oman to stay home and avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

The highest temperatures recorded in the Sultanate during the past 24 hours were 47.4 degrees Celsius in Hamra Al Duru’, 46.8 in Al Sunina and 46.6 in Fahud.
