The governate has shifted classes to remote learning.

Evening Classes Suspended in Al Dakhiliyah

Al Dakhiliyah Governate suspended classes in evening schools and has directed these schools to shift to remote learning on Tuesday, Apr. 23.

The directive was given after the Oman Meteorology forecasted unstable weather conditions from Tuesday, Apr. 23 to Thursday, Apr. 25.

The governate ordered the morning schools to operate until 12:00 p.m.

In-person classes in evening schools are completely suspended and the schools' have been ordered to switch to remote learning. 

Schools located valley streams and reefs have been directed to be cautious and take all the necessary safety measures for their students and staff.

The North Al Batinah governate has directed schools in the governate to keep up with the latest developments with the weather and work to ensure the safety of all students and staff. 

If there is rainfall during school hours, then schools are advised to keep students in the schools until the weather stabilizes. 

Schools in North Al Batinah were advised to switch to remote learning if students are not able to attend school on Tuesday.

All classes were suspended and schools switched to remote learning in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate on Tuesday. 

Oman Meterology has forecasted that the Sultanate will be affected by an air depression from Tuesday to Thursday, Apr. 25.

The public has been advised to practice caution during this time period.
