Hay Al Wafa's 1st Phase in Sultan Al Haitham City Launched

The first phase of the Hay Al Wafa project in Sultan Haitham City was inaugurated on Sunday, Mar. 3 at the Panorama Mall in Sultan Haitham City.

Al Abrar Real Estate has developed the Hay Al Wafa project and it first phase of the project was launched for sale on Sunday evening because it is expected to be completed in 2026. 

Hay Al Wafa spans over one million square metres and includes 1,800 residential units and its first phase includes 375 housing units, which are now for sale. 

The first phase includes villas as well as apartments, which will cater to different living preferences.
